6V/12V/24V Battery Tester
The KINGBOLEN BM520 is designed to test 6V, 12V, and 24V lead-acid batteries ranging from 100–2000 CCA, including Flooded, AGM Flat Plate, AGM Spiral, GEL, and EFB batteries. It is suitable for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, SUVs, ATVs, boats, and motorcycles.
Supporting multiple battery rating standards, including CCA, BCI, CA, MCA, DIN, IEC, EN, JIS, GB, and SAE, the BM520 provides broad battery compatibility for different applications.

Multiple Test Functions
The KINGBOLEN BM520 provides multiple testing functions to evaluate battery and charging system performance, including:
Battery Test – Checks battery condition and provides key parameters such as SOH, SOC, voltage, and internal resistance.
Cranking Test – Evaluates starting performance by analyzing voltage and current during engine startup.
Charging Test – Checks the condition of the vehicle charging system.
Load Test – Evaluates battery performance under load conditions.
Ripple Test – Monitors charging system voltage fluctuations through waveform display.
The BM520 supports saving up to 10 waveform records for convenient review and comparison. With a built-in battery multimeter function, it also provides voltage measurement capability for additional testing convenience.

Safe Design with Reverse Connection Protection & Upgraded Clamps
The BM520 features intelligent reverse connection protection to help protect the tester during incorrect polarity connection. The upgraded copper clamps provide a larger contact area and improved conductivity, helping ensure stable connections and reliable testing performance.
