The KINGBOLEN BM560 is more than a battery tester—it provides comprehensive diagnostics for your vehicle's battery and electrical system. It supports Battery Test, Starting Test, Charging System Test, and Load Test, helping you quickly evaluate battery condition and charging performance.

Battery Test: Measures key battery parameters based on the battery's rated CCA to accurately evaluate battery health.

Starting Test: Monitors starting voltage and cranking time to assess starter system performance.

Charging Test: Checks alternator output and charging voltage with the engine running.

Load Test: Evaluates battery and charging system performance under electrical load for a more complete assessment.

The BM560 supports Regular Flooded, AGM Flat Plate, AGM Spiral, EFB, and GEL batteries, providing detailed battery analysis in one device. It measures CCA (Cold Cranking Amps), SOH (State of Health), SOC (State of Charge), and voltage, while also supporting real-time voltage waveform monitoring, waveform recording and playback, and screenshot capture for easier data review and diagnosis. The clear test results help you evaluate battery condition and determine when maintenance or replacement may be required.

Wide Battery Compatibility

Designed for 6V and 12V lead-acid batteries, the BM560 supports batteries rated from 100–2000 CCA and 2Ah–200Ah. Its dedicated 2Ah ultra-low-capacity testing mode provides accurate diagnostics for smaller batteries commonly found in motorcycles, ATVs, boats, lawn equipment, and other powersports vehicles, expanding its versatility beyond standard automotive applications.

Reverse Polarity Protection

Built with reverse polarity protection, the BM560 helps protect both the tester and the vehicle battery from accidental incorrect connections. If the battery clamps are connected in reverse, the tester will not perform a test, helping prevent potential circuit damage and ensuring safe, reliable operation. Powered directly by the battery under test, the BM560 features low power consumption and will not discharge the battery during normal testing.

Advanced Data Management & Report Export

The KINGBOLEN BM560 is designed to make battery diagnostics easier to review and analyze. The built-in voltage waveform graph provides a clear visual representation of battery performance, while waveform playback allows for more detailed analysis after testing. Users can capture up to 10 screenshots of test results, transfer images and data to a computer via USB, and print diagnostic reports with the included PC software. Supporting multiple international battery standards (JIS, EN, GB, CA, DIN, SAE, BCI, MCA, and IEC) and multiple language options, the BM560 is built for professional diagnostics and efficient battery analysis.
